Rome sights
Close to the Vatican and Vatican museums, the B&B “Piazzetta al Vaticano” is just a short walk to the Spain Steps square area, Trastevere, and Piazza Navona.

Vatican
Just look out of the window of your room, or walk out the door of the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano” and look to your left: you will see that St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City are really close. Just a few yards away, you will find the Walls, the Vatican museums, and St. Peter’s Colonnade.

The Sistine Chapel
The Sistine Chapel and Vatican museums are just a 5-minute walk from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano”. In fact, St. Peter’s, the Sistine Chapel, and the museums are the Roman tourist sites closest to the bed and breakfast

Piazza Navona
Piazza Navona can be easily reached on foot from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano”. Within thirty minutes, you can walk through Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant’Angelo, Ponte dell’Angelo, and Via dei Banchi Nuovi up to Piazza Navona, where you will see some of the most beautiful places in Rome.

Pantheon
The Pantheon can be reached from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano” by walking through unforgettable places of Rome, St. Peter’s Basilica, Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza Navona, or by Metro (Metro Cipro-Musei Vaticani and Ottaviano-San Pietro), getting off at the Spagna stop and crossing through the heart of the city.

Palatine and the Colosseum
Palatine Hill, which is one of the most beautiful and historically relevant sites of Rome, can also be reached on foot from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano”. However, since it is located on the other side of downtown, it is advisable to get there in 20 minutes using the Metro (Metro Cipro-Musei Vaticani and Ottaviano-San Pietro), change at Termini for the Metro line B, get off at Colosseo, and visit the Colosseum and the Circus Maximus.

Fontana di Trevi
The Trevi Fountain, one of the most famous places in Rome, can be easily reached by Metro in 20 minutes from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano”. Take the A-line metro and get off at the Barberini stop. We recommend, however, a nice night walk: the fountain at night is a spectacle not to be missed.

Piazza di Spagna
Piazza di Spagna and the famous Trinità dei Monti can be reached from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano” in fifteen minutes: the Metro directlyconnects the B&B (from Cipro-Musei Vaticani) to Piazza di Spagna. Walking there takes approximately 25-30 minutes.

Palazzo del Quirinale
The Quirinal, near the Trevi Fountain, can be reached in 15 minutes from the bed and breakfast “Piazzetta al Vaticano”. Just take the Metro and get off at Barberini. On foot, you can reach it in about 50 minutes.
